Has anyone else experienced not receiving notifications either on bar terminal/toast go when cleared from the kitchen?  We have 2 floors our bar is on the 1st and kitchen is on the 2nd so my employees rely heavily on notifications.  I haven't found noticed anything consistent into not getting them.  We are using the most updated version.

 its been issue since we got the system (2017) those don't help and we are definitely out of warranty

We are having the same problem with the toast go units.  notifications are so slow they are not helpful. Which was a key selling point of this service.
