I'm a Toast newbie, so go easy on me.
Right now when someone makes an online order via Google, the order is sent directly to the Kitchen and a ticket is printed at our Kitchen Prep Printer. Which is great. But, immediately after, the online order's Guest Receipt is also printed at the Kitchen Prep Printer rather than the Front of House printers. I've looked all over my settings on the back end and can't figure out a way to fix this.
Please help this Toast newbie out.

Played with the auto-fire device. An itemized receipt is now printing at the correct printer, but the Credit Card receipt is still printing at the Kitchen Prep printer.

Do you know which device is the auto fire? Have you looked at what printer is set to be the receipt printer of that device? (in device setup) One quick fix would be to uncheck the merchant and customer copies, that would stop them printing automatically altogether.
