We had a customers enter an order on April 30th to be picked up at 5:30pm on May 6th. Today the POS fired the order to be made today and be ready for 5:30, 3 days early. I have never experienced this before, what could have caused this? I have looked at the audit trail and nothing looks out of sorts.

I don't think I've come across this issue, what is the selection you have for scheduled orders?
Did anyone accidentally adjust the order under pending orders?

When someone put in the future order, they could have set a multi day prep time, or someone could have hit "fire now" on your automatic firing tablet.
