Hey all!
I missed the specific info about Toast Delivery Services. What date is it changing to Uber Eats & what is the delivery radius going to be, and what is the new cost of delivery services?

The communication I saw was that the switch only affects TDS, and your 3rd party providers and rates are not affected. TDS will be switching from Doordash Drive to Uber Direct, as their delivery service provider, and the per-order fee goes down from $7.49 to $6.99, saving us $0.50. I have not seen any updates since receiving this message.

I reached out to my team and this is what they had to say:
"Restaurants will now have a choice of staying on DoorDash Drive or switching to Uber Eats Direct. Keep an eye in the Toast backend for an update by next week where you'll be able to make your selection and see more options about both providers."

Hi! We received word that due to many merchants wanting to continue to use Door Dash Drive you'll have the option to continue with Door Dash Drive or be switch over to Uber Direct. Have you seen a notification on your Toast Merchant Portal?

Where is this voice. I was switched today with no notice. I have orders I need to edit delivery times on and have no way to do it. Been dealing with Toast Support and thought I was finally at finish line to fix it and was disconnected. No call back. Please help. One off the busiest days of the year in the pizza biz and I've been on the phone all morning.

I am on with support right now and they are telling me it can't be switched. Also telling me I need to c contact Uber for any account info. I just spoke to escalated support with Uber and they said it's a Toast issue. This is just another disaster with Toast with no communication. I'm currently operating blind.
