Hey all!
I missed the specific info about Toast Delivery Services. What date is it changing to Uber Eats & what is the delivery radius going to be, and what is the new cost of delivery services?

Hi Rob,
I’ve been checking the Toast backend daily, but I haven’t seen any updates regarding the option to make the selection. There are no indications that we’ve been switched to Uber Direct, but I just want to confirm that we can continue with DD Drive and avoid any unexpected transitions.
The information we've been receiving from both our Toast and DoorDash reps has been a bit unclear and contradicting.
Do you have an exact date for when the selection option will be available in the Toast backend?
Thanks so much for your help!

Thanks for reaching out! I don't have an exact date, but I can confirm that you will have the option to choose between DD or Uber Direct. Once I have more documentation about this, I will post it here.
-EDIT- The option to toggle between DD or Uber Direct should be live sometime next week.

Hey Rob!
Thanks so much!
Toast care mentioned that we will have the option on December 11th and it won't be a pop, but rather a setting to select the preferred provider. I just hope this info is correct since we have received contradicting information on this topic.

I'm not sure exactly how the option will be given, but you will have the option to choose which route you would like to take. Since there is no customer-facing FAQ at this time, I have to assume information may be subject to change. The one constant thing is that you can pick which provider you use.
I apologize for all the confusion around this topic and will continue to update you as I learn more!
