Pausing 3rd Party Online Ordering - or Snooze from the POS

Maybe I am missing it,  and it's likely something coming in Toast NOW.  but,  we are in DIRE need of an easier,  more VISIBLE, way to see when our 3rd party online ordering is active or inactive.  (Uber, Door Dash, Grub Hub)    We often have to turn it off during a rush,  but the only way to do so is in the toast back end....  and there is no SNOOZE option??  Why not just integrate this with the font page online ordering dialogue??

There are many times when 3rd parties are turned off,  then are NEVER turned back on the next day!  Has to be a better way!

So to confirm, if I snooze my online ordering it will not snooze DoorDash, I will have to go through DoorDash Merchant portal to turn that off. Correct?

That is correct.

I agree integrated snoozing for 3rd party delivery is a MUCH-NEEDED feature. As of right now, you can shut off Doordash and UberEats in the Toast Web backend, and through the Toast Now iOS app, but not through the POS. It should be noted that these may take a moment to reflect. Grubhub is less integrated, and must be shut off through Grubhub's backend. Doordash and UberEats can also be done in their respective backends. Remember to turn them back on through whichever method you turned them off from.

Thanks for the help Rob. If it doesn't follow the turning off rule of online ordering does it follow if we 86 an item from online ordering (since we are using the same menu as OO)

Based on our documentation it should update your third-party integrations with the change.
