POS Access Code stopped working

My Access code was working on out ToastGo2 and then all of a sudden it stopped accepting it.  The code works fine on the counter pos but just not the handheld.  Any suggestions?

Re open a Check

HI, Some items where rung in under the wrong category last night. Open wine Glass instead of open wine bottle. If i go in and reopen the check adjust it and close it again will this effect today's sales? Or will it still report under yesterday's 

Obtaining first time customer phone numbers

How can we get a report (exported) that gives us first time guests with their email addresses and telephone numbers.  The Guest book only really gives you clients after their 2nd visit it appears. Steve
