Re open a Check

HI, Some items where rung in under the wrong category last night. Open wine Glass instead of open wine bottle. If i go in and reopen the check adjust it and close it again will this effect today's sales? Or will it still report under yesterday's 

Obtaining first time customer phone numbers

How can we get a report (exported) that gives us first time guests with their email addresses and telephone numbers.  The Guest book only really gives you clients after their 2nd visit it appears. Steve 

Report for Who Collected Payment

I could swear there used to be a report that told you who collected the payment for an order.  We use a server called "Take Out Orders" so all the online orders go to that server & the actual servers are supposed to transfer the order into their name...
