Is it possible to add the ability to fulfill a single item on the KDS? For instance, 3 different appetizers are ordered but many models serve items as ready so a single item can be sent to a table before other items.
When we have someone add a special request to an item sent to the kitchen, it isn't showing up on the prep station with the item. They can see all other modifiers on that item except the special request. How can I fix this?
